Interposer Questionnaire

Note : Newer parts may not 'tolerate' the I/O level of the old part. This may require 'level converters' on the interposer, adding to size and complexity of the interposer design.
Careful attention needs to be paid to signals driven toward the replacement part for compatability, but also the levels driven by the replacement part. Only the customer knows what circuits are driven by outputs and it is the responsibilty of the customer to ensure the new part will provide correct levels to the customer's circuitry.
